My oncidium orchid got root rot, so I cut off all the infected roots and have some fresh medium to put it in. My question is, how long until it grows new roots, and will the orchid be ok without a lot of roots for a while? : orchids

Place it in greater humidity till it will get roots to assist cut back stress (terrarium, bag, by a humidifier, and so forth).

Do not let it keep moist although, simply humid.
